摘要
运用理论计算和实际生产经验,建立智能钢控控制模型,分析炼钢过程控制、优化操作等钢铁制造技术。该工艺转炉二次清灰率从65%成功提高到85%以上,飞溅率从12%降低到8%,进展良好,瓦斯回收的生产成本每吨降低15元左右,二氧化碳年减排约11.5万t。炼钢产品智能化、环保化取得新进展。
Based on theoretical calculation and practical production experience,an intelligent steel control model is established to analyze steel making process control,optimization operation and other steel manufacturing technologies.The secondary ash removal rate of converter in this process has been successfully increased from 65%to more than 85%,and the splash rate has been reduced from 12%to 8%,making good progress.The production cost of gas recovery has been reduced by about 15 yuan per ton,and the annual emission reduction of carbon dioxide emission is about 115000 tons.New progress has been made in the intellectualization and environmental protection of steelmaking products.
