摘要
以漳村煤矿2802工作面为对象,系统地分析了影响工作面回收率的各类影响因素,并重点对影响煤炭资源回收率的割煤高度进行分析研究。结果表明:煤炭资源综合回收率随着作业面割煤高度的增加而增大,当割煤高度超过3 m,回收率可达93%以上;当割煤高度不超过3.2 m时,煤壁片帮量均比较小。因此,漳村煤矿割煤高度可确定在3.0~3.2 m范围内。
Taking the 2802 working face of Zhangcun Coal Mine as the object,this paper systematically analyzes various factors that affect the recovery rate of the working face,and focuses on the analysis and research of the coal cutting height that affects the recovery rate of coal resources.The results show that the comprehensive recovery rate of coal resources increases with the increase of coal cutting height in the working face.When the coal cutting height exceeds 3 m,the recovery rate can reach more than 93%.When the coal cutting height is not more than 3.2 m,the amount of coal wall flaking is relatively small.Therefore,the coal cutting height of Zhangcun Coal Mine can be determined within 3.0~3.2 m.
