电镀锌耐指纹液的稳定优化控制探究

摘要 电镀锌线耐指纹液作为电镀锌板常用的生产辅料,价格偏高、使用弹性较大,影响因素较多,很容易导致成本增加。为实现产线降本措施,必须严格把控生产辅料消耗。分析了影响电镀锌耐指纹膜厚度及均匀性的主要因素,并提出了相关的工艺改进措施。通过增加涂辊高度自动控制装置,使带钢重量由涂辊和提升辊共同承担。实现了对涂刷效果的控制,耐指纹液涂层的均匀性提高,避免了耐指纹液漏涂的现象。在保证涂层质量的同时,合理控制了涂料的用量和成本。经过工艺优化后,涂膜厚度有效控制在1.2~1.5μm,且均匀分布。 As a common auxiliary material for the production of electrogalvanized sheet,fingerprint resistant liquid for electrogalvanizing line has high price,great flexibility in use and many influencing factors,which easily leads to cost increase.The main factors affecting the thickness and uniformity of the fingerprint resistant film of electrogalvanizing are analyzed,and the relevant process improvement measures are proposed.The consumption of auxiliary materials must be strictly controlled.In order to ensure the uniformity of zinc plating fingerprint resistant solution coating,by adding automatic control device for coating roller height,the weight of strip steel is shared by the coating roller and lifting roller.This also realizes the control of the brushing effect,improves the uniformity of the fingerprint resistant coating,and avoids the leakage of the fingerprint resistant coating.While ensuring the quality of the coating,the material and cost of the coating are reasonably controlled.After process optimization,the film thickness is effectively controlled within 1.2~1.5μm.And uniformly distributed.
