摘要 针对邯宝炼铁厂2座3200 m^(3)高炉均压煤气回收系统回收率为70%的现状,对该回收系统进行改造。通过在原有均压煤气回收系统基础上增加双级引射装置及配套设施,达到了料罐均压煤气100%全回收的效果,满足了环保超低排放要求,且经济效益可观。 In view of the current situation that the 70%recovery rate of the equalizing gas recovery system of two 3200 m^(3) blast furnaces in Hanbao iron making plant,the recovery system is transformed,by adding two-stage injection devices and supporting facilities on the basis of the original equalizing gas recovery system,the effect of 100%full recovery of the equalizing gas in the charging tank is achieved,which meets the requirements of ultra-low emission of environmental protection and has considerable economic benefits.
