摘要
L线生产的窄厚规格和宽幅产品所占比重较大,导致带钢在退火炉内跑偏、降速和停车事故频繁发生,严重制约着生产效率和生产稳定性。通过界定易跑偏规格、温度过渡、速度控制和张力控制等,有效解决炉内带钢跑偏问题。通过对连退带钢跑偏数据整理、分析,制定相应对策,优化板型控制,取得了良好效果,有效保证连退线提速提产,提高机时产量10%以上。
The production of narrow and thick products and wide products in L line accounts for a large proportion of the production,but the deviation in the strip steel furnace causes speed reduction and shutdown accidents to be particularly frequent,which seriously restricts the production efficiency and production stability.By defining the specification of easy deviation,temperature transition,speed control and tension control,the deviation of strip steel in furnace can be effectively solved.Through sorting out and analyzing the deviation data of continuous annealing strip steel,this paper formulates corresponding measures to optimize the plate shape control,which has achieved good results,effectively ensuring the continuous annealing line to speed up and increase production,and increasing the machine output by more than 10%.
