新型热镀锌钢丝技术的应用研究

Study on Application of New Hot dip Galvanized Steel Wire Technology

传统的热镀锌钢丝采用双镀法、单丝高速热浸镀法,存在工艺流程复杂、生产成本高和环境污染大等不足。提出了一种新型热镀锌钢丝生产技术。采用预加热和环保除锈技术方案,无需添加助剂即可实现钢丝表面高效除锈,降低了生产过程中废渣和废气的排放量。通过应用新型热镀锌钢丝生产技术,热镀锌钢丝的生产成本降低了19.6%,钢丝生产一次合格率提升到99.4%,热镀锌钢丝的生产经济性和可靠性得到显著提升。

The traditional hot-dip galvanized steel wire adopts the double plating method and single wire high-speed hot-dip plating method,which have the disadvantages of complex process flow,high production cost and large environmental pollution.A new production technology of hot-dip galvanized steel wire is proposed,which adopts the technical scheme of pre heating and environmental protection rust removal to achieve efficient rust removal on the surface of steel wire without adding additives,and reduces the emission of waste slag and waste gas in the production process.Through the application of new production technology of hot-dip galvanized steel wire,the production cost of hot-dip galvanized steel wire has been reduced by 19.6%,the first pass rate of steel wire production has been increased to 99.4%,and the production economy and reliability of hot-dip galvanized steel wire have been signifcantly improved.
