摘要
随着城市化的推进和建设,促进了钢铁企业的发展,在当前智能化原料场工作模式的普及下,结合信息时代的发展,可以基于激光扫描技术的应用,生成三维数字化料场系统,实现对各料堆点云数据的获取、处理,实现分堆、盘库和取料流量控制。通过简要介绍数字化料场系统的流程,对三维数字化料场系统建模,对数字化料场的应用要点及效果进行分析,以期更好地发挥原料场的经济价值。
With the promotion and construction of urbanization,the development of iron and steel enterprises has been promoted.With the popularization of the current intelligent material yard working mode and the development of the information age,a three-dimensional digital material yard system can be generated based on the application of laser scanning technology to achieve the acquisition and processing of point cloud data of each material pile,and the control of stacking,inventory and reclaiming flow.By briefly introducing the process of the digital stockyard system,the three-dimensional digital stockyard system is modeled,and the application points and effects of the digital stockyard are analyzed to better play the economic value of the stockyard.
