煤矿井下过断层注浆加固技术应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿工作面普遍存在结构复杂,断层多的特征,容易引起工作面采掘过程出现冒顶、片帮等危险情况。针对以上问题,对某煤矿工作面进行注桨加固方案设计,引入渐进注桨方式,选用马丽散加固材料,设计科学的注桨孔位置,制定合适的注浆工艺,最终达到最佳的注桨加固结果。在经过注桨加固后,工作面冒顶和片帮问题显著降低,有效解决了井下回采和安全问题。 The characteristics of complex structure and many faults commonly exist in coal mining faces,which are easy to cause roof fall,wall fragmentation and other dangerous situations in the mining process of coal mining faces.In view of the above problems,we designed the grouting reinforcement scheme for the working face,introduced the progressive grouting method,selected Malisan reinforcement materials,designed the scientific position of the grouting hole,and formulated the appropriate grouting process to finally achieve the best grouting reinforcement results.After grouting reinforcement,the problems of roof fall and wall spalling in the working face are significantly reduced,effectively solving the problems of underground mining and safety.
