采煤工作面过地质构造带技术及安全措施研究

摘要 以61102采煤工作面过F103断层为工程实例,对采面过断层期间主要安全隐患进行分析,发现煤壁、顶板及液压支架失稳是主要安全风险,提出综合使用注浆、锚杆索方式提高煤壁及顶板稳定性,并采取针对性的安全措施提高采面过断层安全保障能力。现场应用后,采面过断层期间始终保持正常生产,未出现煤壁片帮、冒顶等情况,采面保持5.0 m/d推进速度,应用效果显著。 Taking the 61102 coal mining face crossing F103 fault as an example,the main potential safety hazards during the fault crossing period of the mining face are analyzed,and it is found that the instability of coal wall,roof and hydraulic support is the main safety risk.It is proposed that grouting and anchor cable should be used comprehensively to improve the stability of coal wall and roof,and targeted safety measures should be taken to improve the safety guarantee ability of mining face through faults.After the field application,the mining face has always maintained normal production during the fault crossing period,without the occurrence of wall spalling,roof fall,etc.,and the mining face has maintained the advance speed of 5.0 m/d.The application effect is remarkable.
