摘要 由于环冷机风箱与回转框架及台车的密封漏风严重,漏风率较高、耗电量大,不符合节能减排的要求,造成余热回收废气温度低、产蒸汽量不足等问题,故对环冷机进行升级改造。环冷机改造后,设备状态基本正常,但运行过程中发生了设备故障。针对环冷机设备升级后出现的主要故障,分析产生故障的主要原因,并提出了具体的改进措施和方法,加以完善。 Due to the serious air leakage of the seal between the air box of the annular cooler and the rotary frame and the trolley,the air leakage rate is high and the power consumption is large,which does not meet the requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction,resulting in the low temperature of waste heat recovery gas and insufficient steam production,the annular cooler is upgraded.After the transformation of the annular cooler,the equipment status is basically normal,but equipment failure occurred during the operation.In view of the main faults after the upgrading of the annular cooler equipment,the main causes of the faults are analyzed,and specific improvement measures and methods are proposed to improve them.
