南岳衡山风景区存在的突出安全问题及其防治路径

南岳衡山风景区被誉为“五岳独秀”,是首批国家级重点风景名胜区之一,每年有大量游客慕名而来。但由于景区的安全管理难以适应游客数量的增长以及游客的安全需求,易导致风景区产生安全问题。目前,南岳衡山风景区存在祭祀场所火灾安全隐患严重、交通安全隐患突出等安全问题,而这些问题的产生是风景区安全管理法律法规存在缺陷、风景区安全监管不力等原因造成的。因此,应通过健全法律法规、强化安全监管、改善安全设施等路径加以防治,以期实现维护南岳衡山风景区安全稳定,促进当地旅游业进一步发展的目的。

Mount Heng, known as the southern mountain of the Five Great Mountains of China, is one of the first national key scenic spots, attracting a large number of tourists every year. However, the safety management of the scenic area is difficult to adapt to the growth of the number of tourists and their safety needs, which easily leads to the safety problems of the scenic area. At present, there are serious safety problems such as fire hazards in the ritual places and traffic safety hazards and these problems are caused by defects in the laws and regulations on the safety management and ineffective safety supervision of scenic spots. Therefore, these problems should be prevented by improving laws and regulations, strengthening safety supervision and improving safety facilities, so as to maintain the safety and stability of the scenic area of Mount Heng and promote the further development of local tourism.
