流通产业助力数字消费能级提升的内在机制研究

摘要 随着新经济、新业态、新消费、新模式的兴起和发展,数字消费已成为我国经济发展的新动力。本文通过分析我国数字消费发展的现状,从流通产业对数字消费的“人“”货“”场”三个方面的作用路径展开研究,分析流通产业助力数字消费能级提升的内在机制,提出加大投入扩大数字消费规模、丰富数字商品和服务的有效供给、打造数字消费场景以及创新科技监管营造良好发展环境四方面建议,旨在充分发挥流通业对数字消费“扩容提质”的引导作用,更好满足数字消费新需求、挖掘数字消费新动能。 Along with the rise and development of new economy, new form of business, new consumption and new mode, digital consumption has become the new driving force of China’s economic development. By analyzing the current situation of China’s digital consumption development, this paper studies the role of circulation industry in three aspects of "people", "goods" and "market" of digital consumption.This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of the circulation industry to help improve the level of digital consumption, and puts forward four suggestions: increasing investment to expand the scale of digital consumption, enriching the effective supply of digital goods and services, creating a digital consumption scene, innovating scientific and technological supervision, and creating a good development environment. It aims to give full play to the guiding role of the circulation industry in the "expansion and quality improvement" of digital consumption, better meet the new needs of digital consumption, and tap the new momentum of digital consumption.
