土地流转对农户家庭收入影响研究——基于代际差异视角的分析

Study on the Impact of Land Transfer on Farmers’ Household Income——Analysis based on the perspective of intergenerational differences

土地流转作为提升土地利用率和发展农业适度规模的重要手段,对农户家庭收入亦有着重要作用。本文基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,从代际差异角度出发,结合logit回归模型和倾向得分匹配法,研究土地流转对农户家庭收入的影响。研究表明:土地转出和转入对农户家庭总收入均有显著增收效应,不同代际农户家庭总收入增长路径有所差异。其中,土地转入通过增加中老年农户经营性收入和财产性收入提升其家庭总收入水平,但对青年农户家庭收入无显著影响。土地转出主要通过增加农户家庭财产性收入、工资性收入和转移性收入增加农户家庭总收入,但对老年农户家庭工资性收入无显著影响。故政府制定和实施土地流转政策时应依据农户需求采取针对性措施。

As an important means to improve the land utilization rate and develop the agricultural optimum size, land transfer also plays an important role in the household income of farmers. Based on the 2018 China Family Panel Studies data, this paper studied the impact of land transfer on farmers’ household income from the perspective of intergenerational differences by the method of logit regression model and propensity score matching method. The results show that land transfer-out and transfer-in have significant income-increasing effects on the gross income of famers, and the growth paths of gross income of famers in different generations are different. Among them, land transfer-in increases the gross household income level by increasing famers’ household operating income and property income of middle-aged and elderly farmers,but has no significant impact on the household income of young farmers. Land transfer-out mainly increases the gross income of famers by increasing their property income, wage income and transfer income, but has no significant effect on wage income of elderly famers. Therefore, the government should take targeted measures according to the needs of farmers when formulating and implementing land transfer policies.
