安全变革型领导对新生代矿工安全行为的影响研究 被引量:1

Study on the influence of safety transformational leadership on the safety behaviors of the new generation miners

摘要 为提升新生代矿工的安全管理水平,结合积极心理学和行为动机理论,建立安全变革型领导、心理资本、工作满意度和新生代矿工安全行为的理论假设模型。基于304位新生代矿工的有效数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)和Bootstrap方法,分析作用路径及相应的研究假设。结果表明:安全变革型领导能够正向影响新生代矿工安全行为,也是影响矿工心理资本和工作满意度的关键因素;除发挥独立中介作用外,心理资本和工作满意度在安全变革型领导与新生代矿工安全行为中也发挥链式中介作用,工作满意度能够显著正向调节新生代矿工心理资本和安全行为之间的关系,即工作满意度越高,心理资本对新生代矿工安全行为的影响越强。 In order to improve the safety management level of the new generation of miners,a theoretical hypothesis model of safety transformational leadership,psychological capital,job satisfaction and safety behavior of the new generation miners was established by combining positive psychology and behavioral motivation theory. Based on the effective data of 304 Cenozoic miners, structural equation model(SEM) and Bootstrap method were used to analyze the action path and corresponding research hypotheses. The results show that safety transformational leadership can positively affects the safety behavior of the new generation miners,and is also a key factor affecting the psychological capital and job satisfaction of miners. In addition to play a role of independent mediation,psychological capital and job satisfaction also play a chain mediating role between safety transformational leadership and safety behavior of new generation miners. Job satisfaction can significantly positively regulate the relationship between psychological capital and safety behavior of the new generation miners,that is,the higher the job satisfaction,the stronger the influence of psychological capital on safety behavior of the new generation miners.
