摘要
专业技术人才是企业人才队伍的重要组成部分。随着党中央、国务院系列专业技术人才评价改革文件的出台,企业专业技术人才评价工作迅速推进。立足于大型能源集团实际,并结合当前我国人才发展体制机制改革的意见精神,从构建专业技术人才评价制度体系、推进评价标准建设、优化评审程序和配套建立智慧评审系统等4个方面,论述了完善专业技术人才评价机制的方法和措施。本文对大型集团解决专业技术人才评价机制中存在的问题具有一定借鉴意义。
Professional and technical personnel are an important part of the enterprise’s talent team. With the introduction of a series of reform documents on the evaluation of professional and technical personnel issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the evaluation of professional and technical personnel in enterprises has been rapidly promoted. Based on the reality of large energy groups,and in combination with the spirit of the current reform of China’s talent development system and mechanism,this paper discusses the methods and measures to improve the evaluation mechanism of professional and technical talents from four aspects: building the evaluation system of professional and technical talents,promoting the construction of evaluation standards,optimizing the evaluation procedures,and supporting the establishment of a smart evaluation system. This paper has a certain reference significance for large groups to solve the problems in the evaluation mechanism of professional and technical talents.
