摘要
西北地区具有丰富的矿产和太阳能资源,在“双碳”目标和供给侧结构性改革背景下,推动西北矿区生态与新能源产业融合发展,对矿区绿色低碳转型具有重要意义。采用SWOT-PEST模型分别从政策、经济、社会和技术4个因素的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战分析了西北矿区生态光伏融合产业态势,明晰该产业的战略定位;提出了西北矿区生态光伏融合产业模式及其适用条件与发展方向。
Northwest China is rich in mineral and solar energy. Under background of “ carbon neutralization and carbon peaking” and supply-side structural reform, promoting the integrated development of ecological industry and photovoltaic industry in mining area, which is more important to the green and low-carbon transformation of mining area in Northwest China. The SWOT-PEST model was used to analyze the situation of ecological photovoltaic integration industry in mining area of northwest China from strengths, weaknesses,opportunities, threats of four aspects including policies, economy, society and technology and clarify the strategic positioning of the industry. The integration mode of ecological photovoltaic industry and its applicable conditions and development direction were put forward.
