摘要
矿工的不安全行为是煤矿安全事故发生的直接原因之一。为保证矿工群体的安全行为,提升煤矿企业的安全管理水平,在回顾总结相关文献的基础上,研究安全激励对安全行为的作用机理,以心理资本为中介变量,犬儒主义作为调节变量,构建了一个有调节的中介模型,使用SPSS和AMOS软件进行分析检验,旨在探究安全激励与安全行为之间的关系。结果证明:安全激励对矿工的安全行为有显著正向影响;心理资本在安全激励与安全行为之间有显著的中介作用;犬儒主义负向调节心理资本对安全行为的正向影响。
The unsafe behavior of miners is one of the direct causes of coal mine safety accidents. In order to ensure the safety behavior of miners and improve the safety management level of coal mining enterprises, based on reviewing and summarizing the relevant literature,this paper studies the mechanism of safety incentive on safety behavior, takes psychological capital as the intermediary variable and cynicism as the regulating variable, and constructs a regulated intermediary model to explore the relationship between safety incentive and safety behavior;SPSS and AMOS software were used for analysis. The results show that safety incentive has a significant positive effect on miners safety behavior;Psychological capital plays a significant intermediary role between safety incentive and safety behavior;Cynicism negatively regulates the positive impact of psychological capital on safety behavior.
