“三高四新”下湖南省制造业降本增效之路--基于第五方物流平台联动发展

Hunan Manufacturing Industry Cost Reduction and Efficiency Increase Under the Guidance of Three Heights and Four New Missions: Linkage Development based on the Fifth Party Logistics Platform

在“三高四新”战略指导下,湖南省要大力发展实体经济,打造国家先进制造业高地。一方面要在生产过程中加强制造业的科技创新,另一方面要在与制造业关联度最高的物流业上寻找企业达成降本增效的路径。在探索制造业企业与物流业联动的必要性和满足制造业企业依托的物流平台属性下,第五方物流平台与制造业企业契合度较高。利用第五方物流的特有功能去服务制造业企业,可以帮助制造业企业减少物流成本费用,提高企业专注产品生产过程的效率。在此基础上,提出第五方物流平台促进制造业企业降本增效的思路和措施。

Under the guidance of Three Heights and Four New Missions strategy,Hunan Province should vigorously develop the real economy and build the national advanced manufacturing highland.On the one hand,the government should strengthen the technological innovation of manufacturing industry in the production process,on the other hand,the government should look for the path of cost reduction and efficiency increase in the logistics industry,which is most closely related to the manufacturing industry.In exploring the necessity of the linkage between manufacturing enterprises and the logistics industry and satisfying the logistics platform attributes relied on by manufacturing enterprises,the fifth party logistics platform is highly fit with manufacturing enterprises.Using the unique function of the fifth party logistics to serve manufacturing enterprises can help manufacturing enterprises reduce logistics costs and improve the efficiency of focusing on product production process.On this basis,the study puts forward the ideas and measures to promote manufacturing enterprises to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of the fifth party logistics platform.
