俄罗斯数字贸易发展水平测度及影响因素分析

Measurement of the Development Level of Digital Trade in Russia and Influencing Factors

近年来,随着互联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等现代信息技术的迅猛发展,推动着数字贸易在全球范围内快速崛起,传统的贸易模式成本高、程序复杂等弊端逐渐显露,基于互联网等新兴技术的数字贸易逐渐展现出巨大的优势和潜力。通过梳理了俄罗斯数字贸易的发展现状,建立符合俄罗斯国情的数字贸易发展水平测度指标体系,运用熵值法对俄罗斯的数字贸易发展水平进行测度,发现2012-2020年俄罗斯数字贸易发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,发展势头良好。在此基础之上,基于俄罗斯2012-2020年的数据,运用灰色关联度模型实证分析影响俄罗斯数字贸易发展水平的因素,得出政府支持力度和贸易潜力对于俄罗斯数字贸易发展水平影响最为显著,并提出了促进俄罗斯数字贸易发展的相关建议。

In recent years, with the rapid development of modern information technologies such as the Internet, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, digital trade is rising rapidly in the global scope. The drawbacks of traditional trade modes such as high cost and complex procedures are gradually revealed. Digital trade is gradually showing great advantages and potential based on emerging technologies such as the Internet. Combing the development status of Russia’s digital trade, a digital trade development level measurement index system conforming to Russia’s national conditions is established. The entropy method is used to measure the development level of Russia’s digital trade, and it is found that the development level is rising year by year from 2012 to 2020, with a good momentum of development. On this basis, based on the data of Russia from 2012 to 2020, the grey correlation degree model is used to empirically analyze the factors affecting the development level of Russia’s digital trade, and it is concluded that the government support and trade potential have the most significant impact on the development level of Russia’s digital trade. Meanwhile, the study puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the development of Russia’s digital trade.
