摘要 大健康战略背景与互联网的结合为中药代餐食品的发展带来了新的机遇。然而目前学界还没有关于中药代餐食品定义的文献。文章通过梳理相关理念,对中药代餐食品的概念做出了一个定义,介绍了中药代餐的形式--代餐,探讨了中药代餐食品药食同源理念的起源--药膳,以此论证中药代餐食品是中国传统药膳的理念的外延。此外,文章还对中药代餐的功效、研究现状、现有的一些产品及专利进行汇总。以期为中药代餐食品后续的研究发展提供理论依据。 The combination of big health strategic background and the Internet has brought new opportunities for the development of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement food.However,at present,there is no literature on the definition of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement food.By sorting out related concepts,the article defines the concept of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement food,introduces the form of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacementmeal replacement,and discusses the origin of the concept of the medicine and food homologous of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement foodmedicated diet.In this way,it is demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement food is the extension of the concept of traditional Chinese medicinal diet.In addition,the article also summarizes the efficacy,research status,existing products and patents of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacements,to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research and development of traditional Chinese medicine meal replacement food.
