摘要
疫情冲击、全球变暖、各国经济陷入停滞,使得21世纪充满不确定性。智能化技术异军突起,以人工智能技术、工业机器人技术和数字化技术的蓬勃发展为代表,正在加速重构产业格局,逐步形成国际竞争新局面。通过梳理国内外文献,分析智能化技术如何影响生产率水平。研究发现智能化技术对生产率既有积极影响,也有消极影响,正向影响和负向影响主要围绕“索洛悖论”进行展开。整体来看,当前智能化技术对生产率促进作用的研究占主导。通过对相关文献的回顾,以期为智能化技术与绿色低碳发展提出新的研究方向。
The impact of the epidemic, global warming and the stagnation of national economies make the 21st century full of uncertainty.The emergence of intelligent technology, represented by the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology, industrial robot technology and digital technology, is accelerating the reconstruction of industrial pattern and gradually forming a new situation of international competition.By combing the literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes how intelligent technology affects the level of productivity.It is found that intelligent technology has both positive and negative effects on productivity.The positive and negative effects mainly focus on the “Solow paradox”.On the whole, the current research on the role of intelligent technology in promoting productivity is dominant.Through the review of relevant literature, we hope to put forward new research directions for intelligent technology and green and low—carbon development.
