基于系统动力学的新兴技术产业化影响机制研究

Research on the influential mechanism of emerging technology industrialization based on system dynamics

新兴技术产业化是适应当前我国经济发展新常态的迫切需要,提升我国产业竞争力的重要载体。研究新兴技术产业化的系统特征及影响机制,通过绘制新兴技术产业化系统的结构图,阐述新兴技术产业化系统特征及其产业化过程;继而运用系统动力学方法,以“多角度—多主体—分阶段”逻辑视角构建新兴技术产业化系统动力学模型,并对产业化投入、产业化过程支撑及产业化产出各个子系统进行分类阐述。通过分析所构建的系统动力学模型,揭示出政府、企业、金融机构和高校等对新兴技术产业化的影响机制——“主体—过程—效益价值”,即政府、企业、金融机构和高校等作为新兴技术产业化的利益主体,通过影响新兴技术产业化的一系列过程,最终反映在新兴技术新产品及服务带来的效益价值当中。

The industrialization of emerging technologies is an urgent need to adapt to the new normal of China’s economic development, and is an important carrier to enhance China’s industrial competitiveness.This paper aims to study the system characteristics and influential mechanism of the industrialization of emerging technologies.Based on the structure chart of the industrialization system of emerging technologies, this paper expounds the system characteristics and industrialization process of the industrialization of emerging technologies;Then, using the method of system dynamics, this paper establishes the system dynamics model of the industrialization of emerging technologies from “multi angles, multi subjects and stages”,and analyzes and expounds the subsystems of industrialization input, industrialization process support and industrialization output.Through the analysis of the system dynamics model, this paper reveals the influential mechanism of the government, enterprises, financial institutions, colleges and universities affecting the industrialization of emerging technologies-“Subject-Process-Benefit value”,take the government, enterprises, financial institutions and colleges and universities as the main body of the industrialization of emerging technologies, by influencing the industrialization process of emerging technologies, they are finally reflected in the benefit value brought by new products of emerging technology industries.
