实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求。从目标、程度、标准、过程四个方面探究了共同富裕的内涵特征,并发现国内外发展环境刺激下“不充分”矛盾和城乡、区域、收入与基本公共服务“不平衡”矛盾是当前共同富裕所面临的双重挑战。实现共同富裕最艰巨最繁重的任务在乡村,数字乡村与共同富裕在空间和时间上具有高度的契合性。数字乡村发展战略推动数字乡村平台化发展,经历碎片化平台建设扩张期、整合化平台业务融合期和平台化应用场景贯通期三个演变阶段,发挥整体效应构建数字乡村大市场、大治理、大服务新体系,以充分融入国内大循环为主体的双循环新发展格局。未来仍需夯实数字创新基础;激活配套制度红利;依托县域统筹推进,健全监管保障体系,以更好建设数字乡村共同体,实现共同富裕。

Achieving common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism.This paper explores the connotative characteristics of common prosperity from four aspects: goal, degree, standard and process, and finds that the contradiction between “inadequate” and “unbalanced” between urban and rural areas, regions, income and basic public services stimulated by the development environment at home and abroad is the current problem.The dual challenge of common prosperity.The most arduous and arduous task of realizing common prosperity lies in the countryside, and digital villages and common prosperity are highly compatible in space and time.The digital village development strategy promotes the platform-based development of digital villages.It has gone through three stages of evolution: the expansion period of fragmented platform construction, the period of integrated platform business integration, and the period of platform-based application scenarios.The new system of service is fully integrated into the new development pattern of dual circulation with domestic circulation as the main body.In the future, it is still necessary to consolidate the foundation of digital innovation;activate the dividends of supporting systems;rely on the coordinated promotion of the county, and improve the supervision and security system, so as to better build a digital rural community and achieve common prosperity.
