摘要
牛羊肉作为我国保障国家粮食安全战略中的重要一环,近年来呈现出高消费量、高需求量、高进口需求以及高价格的“四高”状态。蒙古国作为传统畜牧业国家,在牛羊肉的生产贸易具有很大优势和潜力,但由于防疫、饲养等技术落后,难以转化为经济优势。内蒙古自治区作为我国重要的畜产品生产基地,在草原畜牧业基础设施建设、牲畜疫病防控、草畜矛盾调节、畜产品加工运销等方面具有丰富经验和成熟技术。后疫情时期,通过开展对蒙畜牧业技术援助,强化五大技术支持体系,充分释放蒙古国牛羊肉生产与贸易潜力,有助于推动我国牛羊肉供给侧结构性改革,缓解国内市场牛羊肉供给压力,构建牛羊肉市场双循环新格局,保障我国肉类供给安全稳定。
As an important part of China’s national food security strategy, red meat have shown a “four high” state of high consumption, high quantity demand, high import demand and high price in recent years.As a traditional animal husbandry country, Mongolia has great advantages and potential in the production and trade of red meat.However, due to the backward technology of epidemic prevention and breeding, it is difficult to transform into economic advantages.As an important livestock production base in China, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has rich experience and mature technology in grassland animal husbandry infrastructure construction, prevention and control of livestock epidemics, regulation of grassland and livestock conflicts, processing and marketing of livestock products.In the post-epidemic era, by carrying out technical assistance to Mongolia’s animal husbandry, strengthening the five major technical support systems, and fully releasing Mongolia’s red meat production and trade potential, it will help to promote the structural reform of China’s red meat supply side, ease the pressure on domestic market’s red meat supply, build a new pattern of double circulation in the red meat market, and ensure the safety and stability of China’s meat supply.
