Literature Review and Future Prospects of Business Exit

近年来,业务退出作为企业战略的重要组成部分愈发受到学者关注。通过对业务退出的相关文献与研究进行分析,首先对业务退出的概念及内涵作出说明,其次对业务退出研究的历史沿革进行阐述,在此基础上从内外两个角度出发厘清业务退出的前因,并指出业务退出的几种结果,最后基于已有的研究成果进行梳理与讨论,提出业务退出领域未来的研究方向。

In recent years,business exit,as an important part of enterprise strategy,has attracted more and more scholars'attention.Based on the analysis of relevant literature and research on business exit,this paper first explains the concept and connotation of business exit,and then expounds the historical evolution of business exit research.On this basis,it clarifies the reasons for business exit from both internal and external perspectives,and points out several results of business exit.Finally,it combs and discusses the existing research results,and proposes future research directions in the field of business exit.
