多学科诊疗模式在基层医院老年髋部骨折绿色通道救治的临床研究

Clinical study of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model in green channel treatment of elderly hip fracture inbasiclevel hospitals

目的探讨多学科诊疗模式在基层医院老年髋部骨折绿色通道救治中的临床效果。方法选择深圳市宝安区福永人民医院2020-2021年期间60例老年髋部骨折绿色通道救治的患者作为试验组,纳入多学科诊疗围手术期管理;2019年前进行常规围手术期处理的60例老年髋部骨折患者作为对照组,统计其围手术期并发症发生率、患者满意度、末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分。结果试验组围手术期并发症发生率显著低于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组,末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分显著高于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论将多学科协作诊疗模式应用于基层医院老年髋部骨折绿色通道救治中,可降低围手术期并发症发生率,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,提高满意度,其作为一种高效管理模式,应用于基层医院可提高救治水平,符合我国大力发展基层医疗的国情。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment mode in the green channel treatment of elderly hip fractures in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with hip fractures treated in the green channel from 2020 to 2021 in Fuyong people's hospital,Bao'an District,Shenzhen were selected as the experimental group,and included in the perioperative management of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment;the elderly patients with hip fractures before 2019 underwent routine The 60 patients treated in the perioperative period were used as the control group,and their perioperative complication rates,patient satisfaction,and Harris score of hip joint function at the last follow-up were counted.Results The incidence of perioperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the Harris score of hip function at the last fllow-up was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment model to the green channel treatment of elderly hip fractures in primary hospitals can reduce the incidence of perioperative complications,promote the recovery of patients'hip joint function,and improve patients'satisfaction,which is a new treatment method.idea.As an eficient management model,the multi-disciplinary assistance diagnosis and treatment model can be applied to grassroots hospitals to improve the hospital's treatment level.
