真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的效果及复发率观察

Effect and recurrence rate of vacuum assisted rotary resection in the treatment of benign breast nodules

目的探讨真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的效果及复发率。方法回顾性分析2019年2月-2020年2月在蕲春县人民医院确诊的168例乳腺良性结节患者,根据不同手术方法分为微创组(97例)和传统组(71例),传统组患者采用传统开放性乳晕旁切口手术,微创组采用真空辅助旋切术。于手术后,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测定2组患者术后疼痛程度;记录2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、瘢痕面积、手术费用和创面愈合时间;采用自制满意度调查表比较2组患者手术满意度;术后1年采用超声检测2组有无复发;记录2组术后并发症发生情况。结果微创组手术时间、切口长度及VAS评分明显小于传统组,手术费用明显高于传统组(P<0.05);微创组术后满意度明显高于传统组,且复发率、总并发症发生率明显低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论真空辅助旋切术治疗乳腺良性结节的效果显著,安全性高且复发率低。

Objective To investigate the effect and recurrence rate of vacuum assisted rotary cutting in the treatment of benign breast nodules.Methods s168 patients with benign breast nodules diagnosed in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to dfferent surgical methods,the patients were divided into minimally invasive group(97 cases)and traditional group(71 cases).Patients in the traditional group were treated with traditional open paraareolar incision surgery,while patients in the minimally invasive group were treated with vacuum assisted rotary cutting.After the operation,the postoperative pain degree of the two groups was measured by the VAS.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,scar area,operation cost and wound healing time of the two groups were recorded.The self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to compare the surgical satisfaction of the two groups.One year after operation,ultrasound was used to detect whether there was recurrence in the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were recorded.Results The operation time,incision length and VAS score in minimally invasive group were lower than those in the traditional group,while The operation cost of the minimally invasive group was higher than that of traditional group(P<0.05).The postoperative satisfaction of the minimally invasive group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the recurrence rate and and total complication rate were lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum effect of vacuum-assisted resection for benign breast nodules is significantly safe and the recurrence rate is low.
