后疫情时代高职院校外籍教师聘任及管理问题探微——以北京经济管理职业学院为例

A Probe into the Employment and Management of Foreign Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Post-epidemic Era: Taking Beijing Institute of Economics and Management as an Example

2022年以来,世界疫情的复杂多变加之日趋紧张的国际局势使各大高校从外籍教师聘任到管理均面临诸多考验。高职院校由于综合实力较弱,外籍教师聘任渠道相对狭窄,高质量高稳定性外籍教师难求,以及受外籍师资规模所限,管理机制难成体系。北京经济管理职业学院作为国内最早开展国际化办学的高职院校之一,一直致力于探索国际化办学特色。针对当前特殊形势,文章从北京经济管理职业学院外籍教师聘任、管理、评估三方面入手,有针对性地就如何提高外籍教师聘任数量和质量、如何提升外籍教师管理效率和科学性及如何完善外籍教师评估体系进行了积极探索并给出合理化建议。

Since 2022, the complex and ever-changing world epidemic situation and the increasingly tense international situation have faced many challenges in the employment and management of foreign teachers in universities and colleges. Due to the weak comprehensive strength of higher vocational colleges, the relatively narrow employment channels for foreign teachers, it is difficult to obtain high-quality and stable foreign teachers, and due to the limitation of the scale of foreign teachers, the management mechanism is difficult to form a system. Beijing Institute of Economics and Management, as one of the earliest higher vocational colleges in China to carry out internationalized education, has been committed to exploring the characteristics of internationalized education. In view of the current special situation, starting from the three aspects of employment, management and evaluation of foreign teachers in Beijing Institute of Economics and Management, this paper makes an active exploration and provides targeted and reasonable advice on how to improve the quantity and quality of foreign teacher employment, how to improve the management efficiency and scientificity, and how to perfect the evaluation system.
