农村电商与乡村振兴耦合发展研究

Study on the Coupling Development of Rural E-commerce and Rural Revitalization

农村电商已经成为乡村振兴的重要抓手,因此厘清农村电商与乡村振兴的耦合发展关系,促进两者协调发展,对于乡村振兴战略实施具有重要意义。文章通过构建农村电商和乡村振兴的综合评价指标体系,应用熵值法对广东省农村电商和乡村振兴发展水平进行了综合评价,并在此基础上应用耦合协调度模型对农村电商和乡村振兴的耦合发展关系进行探讨。研究发现,广东省农村电商和乡村振兴水平在2010年后均得到快速发展和提升,农村电商和乡村振兴协调水平也在逐年上升,但协调发展水平一直较低。因此,迫切需要通过改善农村电商基础设施等方式,推动农村电商和乡村振兴向优质协调发展,以充分发挥农村电商对乡村振兴的促进作用。

Rural e-commerce has become an important starting point for rural revitalization, therefore, clari-fying the coupling development relationship between rural e-commerce and rural revitalization, thus promoting the coordinated development of them is of great significance to the rural revitalization strategy. By constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural e-commerce and rural revitalization, this paper uses the entropy method to comprehensively evaluate the development level of rural e-commerce and rural revitalization in Guangdong Province, and applies the coupling coordination degree model to explore the coupling development relationship between rural e-commerce and rural revitalization on that basis.The study shows that the level of rural e-commerce and rural revitalization in Guangdong Province has both developed rapidly after 2010, and the coordination level between rural e-commerce and rural revitalization is also increasing year by year, but the level of coordinated development has been low. Therefore, it is urgent to improve rural e-commerce infrastructure and other methods to promote the coordinated development of rural e-commerce and rural revitalization to give full play of the role of rural e-commerce in promoting rural revitalization.
