Institutional Change, Transaction Cost and New Momentum of Economic Development: Research on the Development of Health Care Industry from the Perspective of New Institutional Economics

新发展理念、新发展格局下的中国经济急需挖掘经济发展新动能,而日渐走进大众视野的康养产业是在空间上连接三大产业、时间上符合经济发展要求的新兴产业,具备成为经济发展新动能的潜力。文章借鉴新制度经济学分析思路,重点从制度变迁和交易成本两个方面阐述康养产业兴起和发展的必然性,结合康养产业对消费和投资的直接持续性影响,论证其促进经济发展的理论和现实意义。

Under the new development concept and new development pattern, China′s economy urgently needs to tap the new momentum of economic development. The health care industry, which is gradually coming into the public view, as an emerging industry that connects the three industries in space and meets the requirements of economic development in time, has the potential to become the new momentum of economic development.Using new institutional economics for reference, this paper focuses on the inevitability of the rise and development of health care industry from two aspects of institutional change and transaction cost, demonstrates the theoretical and practical significance of promoting economic development by combining the direct and sustainable impact of health care industry on consumption and investment.
