摘要
在高职院校扩招的大背景下,山西高职旅游管理专业应届毕业生面临的就业压力加大。通过调研了解山西高职旅游管理专业应届毕业生就业认知上存在的偏差并分析产生的原因。为促进学生就业,多种途径引导大学生在就业心态、就业方向、就业岗位、就业地域、就业企业、就业价值追求等方面形成正确的认识,以期做好毕业生的就业引导工作。
Under the background of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges, the employment pre-ssure faced by fresh graduates of tourism management in Higher vocational colleges in Shanxi has been rising. This paper investigates the deviation of employment cognition of fresh graduates of tourism management in Shanxi Vocational College and analyze the causes. In order to promote students′employment, we need to take various ways to help them to have a correct understanding in employment mentality, employment directions, employment posts, employment regions, employment enterprises, employment value etc., thus to give good guidance of employment.
