摘要
在我国职业教育快速发展的背景下,现代学徒制作为深化产教融合,校企“双元育人”深度合作的方式,在学徒岗位实践阶段管理方式上仍采用传统顶岗实习松散的管理方式是不符合现代职业教育信息化建设的发展前景的。建立符合专业岗位技能的管理平台既能在学徒岗位实践阶段进行全过程的动态监测,还可以对学徒进行岗位培训。“校企桥”管理平台中的岗位实践管理模块同样适用于职业院校顶岗实习阶段,岗位技能模块可以适用于不具备岗位培训的企业在新员工入职或转岗阶段的技能培训。
Under the background of the rapid development of vocational education in our country, modern apprenticeship, as a method to deepen the integration of production and education, to strengthen school-enterprise "dual education", is not in line with the development prospect of modern vocational education adopting the traditional loose management mode of in-post practice when it comes to apprenticeship. The establishment of a management platform in line with professional post skills can not only carry out dynamic monitoring of the whole process in the practice stage of apprenticeship, but also can conduct post training for apprentices. The post practice management module of the "school-enterprise bridge" management platform is also applicable in the post practice stage of vocational colleges, and the post skills module can be applied to the skills training of new employees at the entry or post transfer stage for enterprises that do not have post training.
