摘要
基于南京宁高线接触网悬挂特征,研究了安装于接触网悬挂设备端的在线监测系统技术方案。基于本方案研制的在线监测系统应用于南京宁高线运维中,实现了对棘轮补偿下锚、定位器、环境温湿度的智能在线监测。通过对在线监测设备现场监测数据的统计和分析,探讨了接触网智能化运维模式,并为开展接触网状态检修、季节性维保提供了参考依据。
On the basis of OCL suspension characteristics of Nanjing Metro Line S9,studies are made for the technical scheme of online monitoring system installed at the OCL suspension equipment end.The online monitoring system developed based on this scheme has been applied to the operation and maintenance of Nanjing Metro Line S9,realizing the intelligent online monitoring of ratchet compensation anchoring,locator and environmental temperature and humidity.On the basis of statistics and analysis of on-site monitoring data of online monitoring equipment,the paper discusses the intelligent operation and maintenance mode of OCL,and provides a reference for the state maintenance and seasonal maintenance of OCL.
