摘要
为实现刚性吊弦自动化装配,研究并开发了全自动刚性吊弦生产设备。该设备有效解决了刚性吊弦在加工过程中精度控制、折弯工艺加工两大技术难题,能实现刚性吊弦定长、送料、折弯、裁剪等功能。经测试,采用该设备生产的吊弦,其裁切精度高,折弯角度一致性较好,与传统人工模式生产相比加工工艺质量显著提升,生产效率提高300%,消除了不合格率,具有较好的发展前景。
Studies are made and development of rigid droppers are accomplished for realization of the automatic assembling of rigid droppers.It effectively solves the two technical problems of precision control and bending process in the processing of rigid droppers,the utility model can realize the functions of fixed length,feeding,bending and cutting of rigid droppers.After testing,the droppers produced by the equipment has a higher cutting precision with consistent bending angles.Compared with the traditional manual mode,the quality of the processing technology is significantly improved and the production efficiency is increased by 300%.It has eliminated the unconformity rate and has a good prospect of development.
