摘要
针对大量动车组投入使用对电网造成严重的电能质量问题,本文提出一种电能质量综合评估方法,对高速铁路的电能质量进行综合评估。首先,基于高速铁路牵引负荷的特点建立电能质量指标体系,使用模糊层次分析法确定主观权重,利用变异系数法得出客观权重,融合博弈论思想对主客观权重进行协调从而获得各评估指标的综合权重;其次,基于电能质量指标体系,构建电能质量综合评估模型;最后,基于实测数据对高速铁路牵引负荷对电网电能质量造成的影响进行综合评估,验证了该方法的可行性。
With regard to the serious power quality problems of the power grid caused by the use of a large number of EMUs putting into service,the paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality to comprehensively evaluate the power quality of high-speed railway.Firstly,based on the characteristics of high-speed railway traction load,the power quality index system is established.The intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the subjective weight,the variation coefficient method is used to obtain the objective weight,and the game theory is used to coordinate the subjective and objective weights to obtain the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index;secondly,based on the power quality index system,a comprehensive evaluation model of power quality is constructed;finally,based on the measured data,the impact of high-speed railway traction load on power quality of power grid is comprehensively evaluated,and the feasibility of this method is verified.
