摘要
在具有传染性的重大突发公共卫生事件中,针对人员的行程追踪问题,引入区块链技术,设计了一种基于区块链的人员轨迹溯源系统,研究如何降低因人员数量多、移动轨迹杂、行动范围广等增加的疾病信息的采集、排查及保密的难度。通过将疾病防控事件中涉及到的众多主体简化为政府机构(监管方)、企业组织、普通用户三方,实行上链处理;进行后端(智能合约)和前端(web网页)的开发,实现具有分布式记录、信息数据加密、一键轨迹溯源等功能的DAPP(去中心化应用);引入实例进行智能合约测试,成功实现合约内容,说明系统可以对疾控中的人员进行有效追踪。
In infectious major public health emergencies,blockchain technology was introduced for the problem of personnel travel tracking.A blockchain-based personnel trajectory tracing system was designed to research how to reduce the difficulty of collecting,investigating and keeping the disease information due to the large number of people,complex movement trajectories,and wide range of actions.By simplifying the many subjects involved in disease prevention and control events into three parties:government agencies(regulators),corporate organizations,and ordinary users,the chain processing was then implemented.Through the development of the back-end(smart contract)and frontend(web page),a DAPP(decentralized application)with functions such as distributed recording,information data encryption,and one-click trajectory traceability was realized as well.An example was introduced into smart contract testing,and the contract content was successfully implemented,indicating that the system could effectively track the personnel in disease control.
