云计算环境下非银支付机构数据隐私保护对策研究

Research on Data Privacy Protection of Non-bank Payment Institutions in Cloud Computing Environment

非银支付行业利用灵活、便捷、廉价、可扩展且资源透明的云计算平台可以实现对数据的集中存储、管理、挖掘和运营。但非银支付机构大量的数据滥用、泄露、窃取、篡改和隐私侵权,已严重侵害数据主体合法权益。上述问题亟须在数据标准化建设、数据隐私保护技术、金融者消费者数据权益保护和破除非银支付平台数据垄断等方面加以解决。

The non-bank payment industry can realize the centralized storage, management, mining and operation of data by using the cloud computing platform which is flexible, convenient, cheap,extensible and transparent. However, a large number of data abuse, leakage, theft, tampering and privacy infringement by non-bank payment institutions have seriously infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of data subjects. The above-mentioned problems need to be solved urgently in the fields of data standardization, data privacy protection technology, financial consumer data rights protection and breaking the data monopoly of non-bank payment platform.
