长岛木帆船制造源于明末清初的长岛县砣矶岛,已有300多年的历史,以大风船的制造最具代表性。长岛木帆船独特的制造技艺,不仅使船体结构牢固,船身灵动、载重量大,也体现了鲜明的民俗文化,是研究中国航海史、再现渔家生产与生活景象的实物见证。2009年被列入省级非物质文化遗产名录,并确立了技艺代表性传承人。长岛木帆船制造源于长岛县北部的砣矶岛。明末清初,不断有人来到该岛居住,以赶海、钓鱼和近海捕捞为主要生活来源。

Originated in Tuoji Island,Changdao County at the turn of the Ming Dynasty,the manufacture of Changdao wooden sails has a history of over 300 years with the manufacture of big wind sails as the best representative.The unique manufacturing technology of Changdao wooden sails not only makes the ship structure solid and the ship body agile with a heavy shipload but also reflects a distinct folk custom culture as a material proof to research the Chinese navigation history and record the scenes in fishermen's production and life.In 20o9 it was listed among provincial-level intangible cultural heritages and determined its representative technological inheritors.
