硬脂酸添加量对多孔Ti-5Cu合金微观结构及性能的影响

摘要 以球形硬脂酸为占位剂制备多孔Ti-5Cu合金,研究了不同硬脂酸添加量(10%~50%)对制备出的多孔Ti-5Cu合金微观结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明:以球形硬脂酸为占位剂制备出的多孔Ti-5Cu合金具有与人体骨骼相似的各向异性孔结构。当提高硬脂酸添加量时,制备出的多孔Ti-5Cu合金的孔隙率和孔隙连通性逐渐增加,其弹性模量和抗压强度逐渐减小,但其添加量对多孔Ti-5Cu合金的物相无影响。本研究制备多孔Ti-5Cu合金的孔隙特征和力学性能满足骨科植入材料的基本要求。 Porous Ti-5Cu alloys were fabricated by using spherical stearic acid as space holder agent, and the effects of different stearic acid addition(10%-50%) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of porous Ti-5Cu alloy were investigated. The results show that porous Ti-5Cu alloy with anisotropic pore structure simulating human bone is prepared with spherical stearic acid as space holder agent. When the amount of stearic acid increases, the porosity and pore interconnectivity of as-prepared porous Ti-5Cu alloy increase gradually, and their elastic modulus and compressive strength decrease gradually, but its addition has no effect on the phase composition of porous Ti-5Cu alloy. The pore characteristics and mechanical properties of porous Ti-5Cu alloy prepared in the study meet the basic requirements of orthopedic implant materials.
