SSA土壤固化剂改良杂填土的影响机理 被引量:3

Influence Mechanism of SSA Soil Curing Agent on the Improvement of Miscellaneous Fill

摘要 研发了一种SSA土壤固化剂,并利用试验、电镜等测试手段,研究了SSA固化剂与不同土料的相互作用机理,同时研究了SSA固化剂对不同土料的影响规律。SSA固化剂固化状态测试显示,SSA在水中的分散性优异,与水具有良好的亲和性;SSA固化不同土料的SEM图像显示,经过SSA固化后的高炉矿渣颗粒或粉煤灰颗粒间均产生了大量水化硅酸钙凝胶,有效地增加了颗粒间的相互连接;SSA固化不同土料性能测试显示,经SSA固化后的土料,随着龄期的增加,其抗压强度大幅提高;通过机理研究,SSA固化土壤在碱性激发剂作用下,将土壤中的游离水转变为结合水,提升土壤的结构强度,从而提升土壤结构的密实度和力学性能。由此推测,SSA固化剂可以改良由尾矿以及工业矿渣等废弃物组成杂填土,为杂填土无障碍的应用于实际工程提供技术支持。 The interaction mechanism between SSA curing agent and different soil materials was studied by means of test, electron microscope, etc.,and the influence law of SSA curing agent on different soil materials was also investigated.The test of the curing state of SSA curing agent shows that SSA has excellent dispersibility and affinity in water;The SEM image analysis of different cured soil materials shows that after SSA curing,a large amount of hydrated calcium silicate gel is produced on blast furnace slag particles or fly ash particles, increasing the interconnection between particles significantly;The performance test of different cured soil materials shows that with the increase of age, the compressive strength of SSA cured soil increase effectively.Through mechanism research, the result shows that through the action of alkaline activator in SSA-stabilized soil, the free water is converted into bound water, which improves the structural strength of the soil, thereby improving the compactness and mechanical properties of the soil structure.It is speculated that the SSA curing agent can improve the miscellaneous fill composed of tailings and various industrial solid wastes and provide technical support for the barrier-free application of miscellaneous fills to practical projects.
