轻质超高性能混凝土(LUHPC)设计参数取值研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Design Parameters of Lightweight Ultra-high Performance Concrete

摘要 针对轻质超高性能混凝土(LUHPC)设计参数的取值问题,通过改变钢纤维掺量(0%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%),对LUHPC的标准立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、轴心抗拉强度、劈裂强度、抗折强度、弹性模量和泊松比等力学指标进行系统的试验研究。结果表明,当钢纤维掺量从0%~2.5%变化时,得到LUHPC强度等级为LC60~LC115;建立了轴心抗压强度和立方体抗压强度之间的关系,以及轴心抗拉强度和劈裂强度、抗折强度之间的关系,最后获得了LC60~LC115强度等级LUHPC的设计参数。相关研究为LUHPC设计参数的取值提供了试验依据。 Aiming at the selection of design parameters of lightweight ultra-high performance concrete(LUHPC),the compressive strength of standard cubes, axial compressive strength, axial tensile strength, splitting strength, flexural strength, elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio of LUHPC were systematically tested by changing the content of steel fiber(0%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5%).The results show that when the content of steel fiber varies from 0% to 2.5%,the strength grade of LUHPC is LC60~LC115.The relationship between the axial compressive strength and the cubic compressive strength, and the relationship between the axial tensile strength and the splitting strength and flexural strength are established.Finally, the design parameters of LUHPC with LC60~LC115 strength grades are obtained.The research results provide an experimental basis for the selection of LUHPC design parameters.
