架线式电机车电动机能耗制动装置及应用

摘要 随着矿山开采不断向着数字化、智能化发展,对矿山机电设备的智能化控制水平要求也越来越高。架线式电机车是金属矿山的主要运输设备,其安全高效的运行是矿山生产顺利进行的重要保障。以矿用3 t架线式电机车为研究对象,对电动机能耗制动装置进行了研制及应用,经过试验测试,从经济效益和社会效益两方面探讨了电动机能耗制动装置的优势,实现了矿山架线式电机车运输的安全性、高效性,推动了矿山智能化、安全化发展进程。 As mining becomes more digitalized and intelligent, the requirements for the smart control of mining machinery are more and more rigid.Overhead wired electrical locomotives are the main haulage equipment in metal mines.Their safe and efficient operation secures the smooth running of mines.In the case study of the 3 t overhead wired mining electric locomotive, a dynamic braking device of an electrical motor is developed, applied, and verified by test data.The paper discussed the advantages of electric motor dynamic braking devices in terms of economic and social benefits.The device realizes the safety and efficiency of overhead wired electrical locomotive haulage, and advances intelligent and safe development progress of mines.
