伊金霍洛旗东南部煤炭矿区东胜东至台格庙铁路引入海勒斯壕地区方案研究

Research on Introduction of Dongshengdong-Taigemiao Railway into Hailesihao Area in Southeastern Coal Mining Area of Yijinhuoluo Qi

通过对伊金霍洛旗东南部煤炭矿区产量、运输需求、既有铁路运输能力及铁路产权进行分析,确定了建设东台铁路(东胜东—台阁庙)的必要性。结合东台铁路线网布设、技术标准、接轨及引入点等因素,采用比较法从技术特点、工程投资、运营管理、对规划的影响等方面进行优缺点综合比较,最终确定了新建贯通正线方案为东台铁路引入海勒斯壕地区的最终方案,同时论证了铁路工程建设不能一味追求节省投资、线路短直,还需考虑地区规划、运营情况、建设条件及可持续发展等因素。

Upon the analysis of the yield,transport needs,transport capacity,and existing railway property rights of the coal mining area in southeastern Yijinhuoluo Qi,the construction necessity of Dongshengdong-Taigemiao Railway was determined.In this study,factors such as the layout of the Dongshengdong-Taigemiao Railway network,technical standards,and alignment and entry points were taken into account.Comprehensive comparisons of advantages and disadvantages were made from the aspects of technical characteristics,project investment,operation management,and the impact on planning.As a result,the new plan for connecting the main line was identified as the final plan to introduce Dongshengdong-Taigemiao Railway into the Hailesihao area.Meanwhile,it was proved that railway construction cannot only pursue investment reduction and lines of short distance;instead,it should also consider such factors as regional planning,operation,construction conditions,and sustainable development.
