摘要
教师是确保高校人才培养质量的第一要素。建设高水平的师资队伍,是高校改革发展的重要任务。青年教师是高校师资的中坚力量和后备力量,青年教师的教学能力是影响教学质量和效果的关键因素,因此要提高教学质量和人才培养质量,必须重点培养和提升青年教师的教学能力。教学团队建设已成为当前高校提高教师素质和教育教学水平的重要途径。该文分析青年教师教学能力培养现状,探讨影响青年教师教学能力的因素,重点论述教学团队建设对提高青年教师教学能力的重要作用及实施方法。
Teachers are the first element to ensure the quality of college personnel training. It is an important task for the reform and development of colleges and universities to build a high level of teaching staff. Young teachers are the backbone and reserve force of college teachers, and the teaching ability of young teachers is the key factor affecting the teaching quality and effect.Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and talent training quality, we must focus on cultivating and improving the teaching ability of young teachers. Teaching team building has become an important way to improve teachers’ quality and teaching level in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of young teachers’ teaching ability,discusses the factors that affect young teachers’ teaching ability, and focuses on the important role of teaching team building in improving young teachers’ teaching ability and the implementation methods.
