摘要
目的结合Octave软件与铝箔腐蚀法探讨消毒供应中心超声清洗时器械的最佳摆放位置。方法将长宽均为15 cm、厚度为15μm的铝箔垂直放入频率为37 kHz的超声清洗机中,运行超声90 s后取出干燥,更换铝箔后再次试验,重复试验30次。腐蚀后的铝箔裁剪为8 cm×8.5 cm大小后采集图像,使用Octave软件进行图像分析,将图像从上到下均分为A、B、C、D 4个区域,对比各区域的铝箔腐蚀面积,并通过各区域铝箔腐蚀的分布情况计算超声波波长(λ)。结果A、B、C、D区域的铝箔腐蚀面积不全相同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步两两比较,A、B区域之间和C、D区域之间的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B区域的铝箔腐蚀面积小于C、D区域,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声频率为37 kHz时λ=4.26 cm。结论消毒供应中心超声清洗时液面下空化效应强度与深度呈正相关,推荐器械应尽量摆放在清洗篮筐中较低位置,同时基于超声波在水中传播的特性和消毒供应中心常使用的超声清洗机频率,推荐器械摆放的最高位置应不高于液面下0.5 cm处。
Objective To discuss the optimal placement of instruments in ultrasonic cleaner with Octave software and aluminum foil corrosion method in central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods The aluminum foil with length and width of 15cm and thickness of 15μm was vertically put into the ultrasonic cleaner with frequency of 37 kHz.After running the cleaner for 90s,the aluminum foil was taken out and dried.The next experiment was conducted after the aluminum foil was replaced,and the experiment was repeated 30 times.The corroded aluminum foil was cut to 8 cm×8.5 cm and then the image was collected.Octave software was used for image analysis.The image was divided into four regions of A,B,C and D from top to bottom.The corrosion area of aluminum foil in region A,B,C and D was compared and the wavelength(λ)was calculated by the corrosion distribution in each area.Results The corrosion area of aluminum foil in region A,B,C and D was different(P<0.05).Further pair-up comparison showed that there was no significant difference between region A and B and between C and D(P>0.05).The corrosion area of aluminum foil in region A and B was smaller than that in C and D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the frequency was 37 kHz,the ultrasonic wave wavelength was 4.26 cm.Conclusion The intensity of cavitation effect under the liquid level is positively correlated with the depth during ultrasonic cleaning in the CSSD.It is recommended that the instrument should be placed at a lower position in the cleaning basket as far as possible.Meanwhile,based on the characteristics of ultrasonic transmission in water and the frequency of ultrasonic cleaning machine commonly used in the CSSD,the position of the instrument should be no higher than 0.5cm below the liquid level.
