摘要
交通事故显示,由于车体撞击到柱状物而导致人员丧亡的比例较高。为了保证侧面柱碰的安全性,必须对门槛进行更加合理地设计,以提高门槛的吸能量。文章根据C-NCAP法规要求,首先对侧面柱碰进行力学分析,然后建立整车柱碰仿真模型,最后设计了三种不同的门槛填充物并进行仿真分析。根据吸能量、比吸能、最大碰撞力和门槛侵入量四种性能指标,对三种门槛填充物的仿真结果进行对比分析,结果表明:铝合金门槛填充方案的吸能量更大,门槛侵入量较小,更有利于车辆侧面碰撞安全。
The statistics of traffic accidents,the proportion of people killed due to the collision of the car body against the pillar is high.In order to improve the pole side safety,the door must be designed more reasonably to improve the energy absorption.Based on the requirements of C-NCAP regulations,the mechanical analysis of the pole side impact is firstly conducted,then the simulation model of the whole vehicle pole side impact is established,and finally three different kinds of door fillers are designed and simulated.The simulation results of the three types of door fillers are compared and analyzed by four performance indexes:energy absorption,specific energy absorption,maximum crash force and door intrusion.The results show that the door with aluminum alloy has greater energy absorption and less intrusion,therefore it is more conducive to the pole side safety.
