晨跑与夜跑对大学生睡眠质量的影响——个性特征的中介作用 被引量:2

摘要 随机抽取南昌市5所高校大一至大四学生300人,采用问卷调查法对大学生的锻炼行为、睡眠质量和个性特征进行调查,以探究晨跑和夜跑与大学生睡眠质量的关系。运用卡方检验、单因素方差分析、logistic回归分析等对数据进行统计分析,发现大学生参与晨跑、夜跑者睡眠质量较好于偶尔跑步者,夜跑者睡眠质量优于晨跑者。因此,参加晨跑与夜跑对睡眠质量有一定的促进作用,不同个性特征的人群应有针对性地选择晨跑或夜跑,以获得更好的睡眠质量干预效果。 300 college students from 5 universities in Nanchang were randomly selected to investigate their exercise behavior,sleep quality and personality characteristics by questionnaire survey,in order to explore the relationship between morning running and night running and sleep quality of college students.Chi-square test,one-way analysis of variance and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the data.It was found that the sleep quality of college students participating in morning running and night runners was better than that of occasional runners,and the sleep quality of night runners was better than that of morning runners.Therefore,participating in morning running and night running has a certain role in promoting sleep quality,and people with different personality characteristics should choose morning running or night running accordingly if they expect to obtain better sleep quality.
