矿质营养和外施激素对‘黑法师’茎叶生长的影响

Effects of Mineral Nutrition and Exogenous Hormones on Stem and Leaf Growth of Aeonium arboreum‘Atropurpureum’

为研究矿质营养和外施激素对‘黑法师’茎叶生长的影响,筛选适宜‘黑法师’增蘖、壮苗、矮化的化学调控方法,本试验通过正交设计将不同浓度的TDZ、烯效唑、磷酸二氢钾和氨基酸进行组合搭配,在叶面喷施6周后对株高、冠幅、茎粗、叶数、芽数、侧芽分布长度等12个指标进行测定,基于方差分析和主成分分析对9个处理进行综合评价。评价结果表明:矿质营养和外施激素对‘黑法师’茎叶生长有显著影响,配方F在‘黑法师’株型调控方面效果最为显著,施药处理6周后叶数、芽数、冠重显著增加,冠幅、叶长、叶宽、叶面积显著减少,株高也有一定的抑制作用;结合主成分综合得分,配方F得分最高,适合作为法师类多肉植物增蘖、壮苗、矮化的最佳化学处理配方。

In order to study the effects of mineral nutrition and exogenous hormones on the growth of stems and leaves,the chemical regulation methods suitable for tillering,seedling strengthening and dwarfing of Aeonium arboreum‘Atropurpureum’were screened.Different concentrations of TDZ,uniconazole,potassium dihydrogen phosphate and amino acids were combined and matched through orthogonal design.After six weeks of foliar spraying,12 indexes such as plant height,crown width,stem diameter,leaf number,bud number and lateral bud distribution length were determined,and nine treatments were comprehensively evaluated based on variance analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that mineral nutrition and external application of hormones had a significant effect on the growth of stems and leaves of Aeonium arboreum‘Atropurpureum’.Formula F had the most significant effect on the regulation of plant type of Aeonium arboreum‘Atropurpureum’.After 6 weeks of treatment,leaf number,bud number and crown weight increased significantly,crown width,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area decreased significantly,and plant height also had a certain inhibitory effect.Combined with principal component comprehensive score formula F has the highest score,which is suitable to be the best chemical treatment formula for tillering,seedling and dwarfing of Aeonium series succulent plants.
