五小叶槭繁殖技术试验研究

摘要 为解决五小叶槭种子繁殖发芽率低、扦插繁殖不易生根的难题,采取不同基质、温度的处理方法进行发芽对比试验,结果表明,泥炭土+珍珠岩+蛭石(2∶1∶1)为基质时发芽率最高,温度达到30℃时,发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数达到最大值;不同龄级枝条做插条,利用不同生长激素浓度进行扦插繁殖对比试验,结果表明,以泥炭土+珍珠岩+蛭石(2∶1∶1)为基质,插条一年生的成活率最高,800 mg/kg浓度的国光生根粉处理的一年生插条的生根率最高。 In order to solve the problem that the seed germination rate of Acer pentaphyllum Diels is low and the cutting propagation is not easy to take root,the seeds of Acer pentaphyllum Diels were treated with different substrates and temperatures to carry out comparative germination tests.The results showed that the germination rate was the highest when peat soil+Perlite+vermiculite(2∶1∶1)was used as the substrate,and the germination rate was the highest.When the temperature reached 30°C,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index reached the maximum value,and the cuttings were made from branches of different age classes,and comparative experiments were carried out with different concentrations of growth hormone.The results showed that peat soil+perlite+vermiculite(2∶1∶1)was used as the substrate for cutting propagation,the survival rate of one-year-old cuttings was the highest,and the rooting rate of one-year-old cuttings was the highest when the concentration of Guoguang rooting powder was 800 mg/kg.
