摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定果园土壤中3种重金属元素(Pb、Cd、As),结果表明,3种重金属元素质量浓度在0.1~100.0μg/L与其信号强度呈现良好的线性关系,各元素的检出限在3.0~4.0μg/kg。该研究选取国家有证标准物质土壤(GBW 07451)考察方法准确度,各元素的测定值与参考值一致。
In this paper,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of heavy metal elements of Pb,Cd and As in orchard soil.The signal intensity was linear to the concentration of three kinds of heavy metal elements in the range of 0.1-100.0μg/L,and the detection limits were in the range of 3.0-4.0μg/L.Certified reference material(GBW 07451)was selected for this study.The results showed close agreement with the reference values in the standard reference materials.
